1 General

All orders are accepted subject to the following conditions which cannot be varied except specifically in writing by the Company.

2 Title

Title to goods sold by the Company shall pass to the Customer only when the full purchase price has been paid.

3 Governing Law

The Contract shall be construed according to the Law of England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

4 Prices

All goods will be supplied at the price ruling on the day the Customer’s order is received by the Company.

5 Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery refers to next working day (Monday - Friday) and is applicable only to orders paid for before 12pm (GMT) This Guarantee relates to the dispatch of orders which in normal circumstances will result in next working day delivery. However if our obligation is met and delivery is delayed due to the courier used no compensation will be offered and orders may not be cancelled.

6 Carriage

Prices quoted are normally carriage paid for delivery within mainland United Kingdom (unless previously stated), subject to a minimum order. N.I, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands are subject to an additional Surcharge.

7 Payment

By cheque with accompanying written order and securing card number written on back or credit account if previously agreed (all credit account terms are 30 days from date of invoice).

8 Claims

It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the quantity and condition of goods on delivery and prior to signing for them. Claims as to the condition will not be accepted once goods are signed for.

9 Returns

The Company will only accept goods for return when accompanied by original packaging and proof of purchase, and only when incorrect goods have been supplied.

10 Force Majeure

The acceptance of an order may be revoked (in whole or part) or delivery dates postponed by us without liability in the event of any contingency beyond our control which does or in our opinion is likely to prevent, hinder, delay, interrupt or interfere with the fulfillment of the order or any part of it.

11 Installments

Goods are not available by payment installments.

12 Materials

The Company retains the right to charge for any costs incurred or raw material stocks purchased at the Customer’s request against future orders.
